Arms feed the legs.

One of my favorite sayings as a runner … meaning a few things … 1) Weight training is a force multiplier and 2) if you want to run faster, pump your arms harder.

I use this saying a lot to promote longevity and to encourage more people to become hybrid athletes.

But, like I usually do, I take this concept back to the office to see how it applies there.

–           Technical meetings feed trust

“What feeds what” is always a good question to ask. It helps connect things. Helps define what really drives desired outcomes.
